In 2017, the company was purchased by Potentia Holdings LLC, which is owned and managed by highly experienced, globally recognized leaders in managing the development of specialized precision products for critical applications. Ital-Tech Machined Products continues to invest in new equipment, while focusing on Continuous Process Improvements and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to ensure on-time delivery, outstanding quality and competitive pricing.
